We also offer hot drinks each week and  breakfast during school holidays with a friendly welcome to all.

Practical support for anyone needing a little help.

Thursday Lunch

Following from our communion service this lunch is open to all who would like to share food and fellowship.

Inclusion at St George’s

We want to be a community and a place where everyone is able to worship God in Sprit and in Truth. This video is a guide to the building to help you know where everything is and what to expect when you arrive. If you would like any more information, or you would value an opportunity to talk through any adjustments we might need to make please do get in touch.

A New Chapter for the St George’s Scout Hut

We are delighted to announce that as of 1st April 2026, the Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St George’s has officially taken over the direct management of the Scout Hut on White Lion Road.

For many years, the building has been a hub for youth and community activity under the care of the Scouts. As we move forward, the Church is committed to ensuring the building remains a vibrant resource for our parish and the wider Little Chalfont community.

Current Management & Bookings

We are currently in a transition period as we assess the building's requirements and establish our new management systems. To ensure we provide the best possible service in the long term, our booking policy is as follows:

  • Existing Regular Groups: we are working closely with the Scouts and other long-standing regular hirers to ensure their sessions continue without interruption.

  • One-Off Lettings: During this transition phase, we are unfortunately unable to accept any new one-off or casual bookings (such as children’s parties or individual events).

The Future of the Hut

Our goal is to create a sustainable, safe, and well-maintained space that supports both our church mission and local community needs. We appreciate your patience while we carry out necessary site assessments and "find our feet" with the daily running of the premises.

Interested in future long-term hire? If you represent a community group interested in a regular weekly or monthly slot starting later in the year, please feel free to register your interest by contacting the Parish Office at parishoffice@cheniesbenefice.org
