Social Media Manager (Part-time, Hybrid)

St George’s Church, Little Chalfont (part of the Chenies Benefice), is seeking a creative and organised Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and grow engagement with our community.

You will work with the clergy and PCC to plan, create, and manage content across our social platforms — helping us reach new audiences, particularly younger people, while supporting our mission to share faith and serve our community.

This is a flexible, part-time role (hybrid working available) with a focus on content creation, channel management, and community engagement. You’ll also monitor activity, analyse performance, and provide insights to inform strategy.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts.

  • Creativity, organisation, and the ability to work independently.

  • Confidence in representing the Christian faith online.

Salary: £45,000 - £48,750 (pro rata, dependent on experience)
